Corrugated gaskets, metallic gaskets
or DJ gaskets coated with graphite as proposed are part
of this range with the following
products.
This graphite coating increase
sealability with very low stress by correcting
flanges defects as flatness or roughness.
Graphite range
Reinforced Graphite Gaskets
1°) Standards: Except other statement, the reinforced graphite gaskets are produced
according to NF EN 1514-1 and NF
EN 12560-1 standards (former NF E
29900-2).
2°) Material:
These gaskets are cut in an expanded graphite
reinforced with a core stainless steel sheet with spikes.
A stainless steel eyelet can be
added in the inner diameter to strengthen the gasket and improve sealability.
3°) General use:
These gaskets are currently used as flange
gaskets, in particular when steam is concerned.
4°) Operating limits:
• Maximum pressure : 120 bar depending
on temperature.
• Maximum temperature : 550°C (steam), 450°C (air). Pour conditions associées nous consulter
5°) Dimensions and shapes:
• Thickness: 1.5 2 and 3 mm
• Diameter: From 20 to 2000 mm up
to 1500 mm
made with double thickness with seams.
• Shapes :Most of the time circular, but all shapes can be manufactured.
6°) Chemical compatibility:
